High fees and unfair pricing

So overpriced. I’m flipping through the app and I see a couple of things that are more expensive used than they were when I bought them at Saks 6 years ago.

I’ve been selling on Poshmark for years. As I change sizes or shift professional clothing, I’d list nicer pieces and donate others. Because of the time it takes to create the listings I decided to give ThredUp a try. It’s easy to send in clothing, but unclear which option to choose for best results....

so, the clothes you can get are nice and accurate and overall pretty clean. however, it’s pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to make a lot of money. you get maybe like 50 cents out of an entire dress, and most of your stuff no one even buys. i mean it’s pretty good but that bit is annoying.

I have used several different selling sites in the past. None as bad as this one. You spend more to sell your items -with fees and shipping- than you make.

I’ve used THREDUP for a long time now (since 2019), and I used to love it but it’s not as great as it used to be. I miss that they did away with the points program, I used to shop a lot more when I could score free shipping or $10+ off more easily. I rarely find something I love enough to buy anymor...

I do love threadUP BUT, the prices are just to high for second hand clothing. I have seen several pieces that i have bought brand new cheaper than it is on here. I do buy things from here but usually only if they are on sale.

Truly have never had a good experience with the shipping process. I've had multiple packaged delivered to the entire wrong address or never arrive. They send a tracking number that never functions. Somehow it functions for them, but despite trying multiple computers, the app, and contacting support ...

It keeps saying something went wrong bc I tried to unheart a few things to clean up my favorites. And now everything is timed out of my basket and I can’t login to finish my order.
