What Users Really Think About UniFi Protect

Have many of their cameras and network but their software is amateur. None of the alarms trigger. Just had a person walk thru 3 cameras and not one alarm. So many issues with this software. Do not get this if you require a reliable system for security or automations.

It works but if you don’t have any UniFi cameras it’s a pointless devices. Doesn’t handle portrait cameras, doesn’t handle putting the portrait cameras in a portrait view only landscape which squishes the camera.
