Itd be nice if the Ai can NOT recommend homes that are over 100,000 over the budget i set. Itd be nice if houses with HOA fees actually list that it has HOA fees. Itd be nice if these agents can stop using filters on the photos.

I’ve always preferred Trulia compared to other real estate apps but recently it just keeps spinning when I click into the email links and when I try to open the app directly. I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, and still the same thing, so now I’ll have to look for other apps.
