Paid $39.99 for a yearly subscription. Only latest 2 weeks and now it won’t let me restore my subscription. No account information to access my profile of old projects I was working on.

Are you kidding me! 3.99 per week? I was under the assumption it was a month. I just canceled and will find a better app that is cost effective. I’ve free trailed many thumbnail apps that offer more for less.
