Useless! Thought I was getting a free trial and accidentally purchased. Will attempt to cancel through credit card issuer.

It is a good app but you need to buy to use so much

Yo can’t do more than n one thumbnail but I figured out how to cheat the system

I made one practice template just to get acquainted with the different features and effects, it wasn’t even a real thumbnail that I was gonna use and the app told me that I had reached my free limit and had to pay to do literally anything.

Paid for premium but it still says I need to pay!

So they charge me $20 for the year and I go in to make a thumbnail and it says my free limit is already reached. You keep asking for a review before I can even click on anything so here’s your one star review. I want a refund

I love how you can make things but what’s is the most bad part is we can’t even make multiple thumbnails and that it gives us only one thumbnail chance hope this helps.🤗

Its like app developers stopped trying or something. They dont even respond personally, they let ai do all the dirty work like responding to unhappy customers with complaints about the bad coding.
