Placed one order, was delivered when I was not home (delivered despite stating signature required) beer froze and was ruined. Emailed their support multiple times, no reply 😠

Appears to be a controlled curated set of beers. I can’t find a way to search for beers or breweries I know I like. Deal breaker for me

I used the app for a few months. Pros: I did get to try a few interesting beers that I wouldn't have had access to. And customer service was friendly and reasonable about refunds when there were shipping issues. Cons: shipping was very flaky, often late and once taking about 3 weeks which I was not ...

Worked great for a few shipments. Then all of a sudden couldn’t log in. Kept trying for several weeks, and when I finally succeeded in logging in, all my information and order history was gone. Tried to start a new account, but was unable to.

They use GLS for shipping to Idaho and Oregon. This service is TERRIBLE. Lost my first order a day after shipping. Don’t waste your money, become a patron at your local bottle shop.

Nowhere does it state that the moment you add a card and an item to your crate that you’re charged. It’s designed to seem as if it’s any other ordering service where you make a cart then purchase. It’s not. Now I’m over drafted. All because I wanted to browse.
