Delayed step updates and inaccurate data reporting.

Phone app lags behind the watch complication, and at times will even bring the step count on my watch down if I open the app before the complication.

I like the UI and how the app works with the apple watch. On occasion I will be at a certain step count, but when I launch the app, I suddenly watch my steps drop by a couple hundred. This happens repeatedly, ultimately ruins the experience of the app. Also is blocked by a non-refundable paywall.

Ive been using this app religiously for over 2 years and out of the blue it just stopped tracking my steps in real time. It now only pulls from apple health and half the time it's inaccurate. I have done so much troubleshooting multiple times to resolve the issue including re downloading the app but...

Not sure what point is of having a widget if it’s not going to show you realtime statistics? Have to open app to update numbers?? Why bother? Fail software.

I do not like your customer service. I have repeatedly asked you to cancel . My free trail along with the membership!!!!

After getting my new phone and imputing my information it no longer tracks anything or my past streaks. Super disappointed and I subscribed to the pro version

Keeps asking me to allow it to access all of my Apple health data not just steps. Absolutely no reason it needs that other than data mining.
