I have had a lot of days where it only said I did 6,000 when I should be 10-12,000. has I’m a caregiver and walk 3 flights if not 4 at least 10times day if not more and it is never counting. A friend of mine is also having the same issue and we have our phones with us all day because of our job.
Step tracking complication on Apple Watch always stuck at zero unless you tap into it. Never updates on its own any longer.
Still cannot make correct calculations/averages on the ‘Trends’ page. Support is non-existent.
The Apple Watch version after the last update is very slow to update the step total. Even after opening the app it’s very glitchy and slow.
Disappointed and moving on from this app. Been using for 4 yrs, but they have decided to leave old and loyal watch users behind. Way to motivate for health and fitness, Pedometer++!! Buy a new watch or you’re out! SMH!!
The app will go days without synching/updating to my watch/phone. I’ve reached out to support for assistance or for a refund and have been ignored.
