Don’t have any communication and don’t protect any information

We enjoy using square but my only issue is with the estimates only is not being able to download a PDF as an option. We can do it with the invoices just not with estimates. I work for companies and they often require PDF estimates not the email generated option to send and accept.

As a business owner, I need to utilize my income as it’s received and this system holds business checks for an unreasonable amount of time - especially in comparison to other apps I use (square takes 1-2 weeks while my other apps are immediate deposits or in some cases 24hrs tops-

Setup was great but it directed me to a page with no instructions or information about the program. I will need to call Square to find out what happened.

App keeps closing out and not saving anything !!! Trying to write estimates and the estimate just disappears for no reason and I have to keep saving after each sentence so it doesn't disappear!!
