Frequent account deactivations and poor customer support.

I used this service since 2016 and will never recommend them after the way they treated loyal customers. They just kept going up on their prices and lowering features for forced you to open a bank account with some random bank. Anything else is better than this

I’ve been using this for five years plus and it just gets more expensive. I only write six invoices per year, sometimes a little bit more but usually not more than 15. But I’m charged $239 per year or something like I’m looking for something different or maybe just a different plan. Let me know.

Cancelled my subscription, cancelled my account, still got billed. Couldn’t log in to view the account, since it was deactivated. No support email. Support number is a dead end. Seems like a scam. Had to go back to my credit card provider to get my money back.

I have been unable to send email invoices from iOS 26 for several months. According to Invoice2go support this is a known issue and I only have the option of using my pc to send invoices via email or wiping my phone to downgrade to a previous iOS version.
