One of the most expensive language apps you’ll find that seems to think AI can teach you another language. For this price there’s better. I would get a refund, but Apple doesn’t like doing refunds apparently so I’m stuck with an app that thinks AI can do anything but make slop.
In the app you have to choose native language, and the app uses this language for instructions. But there is no my native language!! And I can’t choose just to show everything in English!! Very inconvenient app
I signed up for canceled within two days and was charged a month later for the subscription even though I had canceled
at first i liked٫ it gave me free lessons and taught me how to pronounce things but after only one lesson(that was very short ) I couldn't do anything else without having to pay٫this may not seem a big deal but for the people who are still young And don't gave money or bank accounts its really annoy...
It would be great if you had an ad-supported version for those of us who can afford to pay. Like, let us earn energy points like Duolingo does or have ads between units.
I tried using speak both for free role playing as well as with their pre-canned lessons. In the pre-canned lessons the AI made significant grammar mistakes and did not give sensible follow ups to my responses. Also extremely overpriced.
