Inadequate handling of user support and technical issues.

Not as interactive as I would have liked. Practicing a conversation, but yet you don’t record my voice so that I can hear what I’m saying. So I don’t know if I’m pronunciation things correctly or not. I’m a little disappointed and honestly, T-Mobile’s Translate app is I’m learning more from there.

I got the app and did everything and was just loading the whole time

With a new update they make you agree to let them store and own your voice recordings and use them to train AI. This is unacceptable. If you don’t agree, then all pronunciation activities are deactivated and it just runs through them without giving you a moment to listen again or process them.

I paid for the lifetime and never got it and also never got my money back

Recently removed the listening lessons under practice. Being able to listen to someone speak and understand it is critical. Terrible change.

Are so annoying it made me uninstall the app instead of reuse it

Frustrating, asks you things it has not taught, incredibly challenging…does not have a reasonable progression at all. EXTREMELY disappointed!
