Completely broken iPad experience and predatory subscription practices with no customer support

"You created an iPad app that doesn't work on an iPad. The application appears so small on an iPad that it is unusable."

Wish I had never done this. They make extremely difficult to get out of their subscription. Lies and avoidance.
