Severe stability issues and seasonal data wipes that destroy user work

I deleted the app and reinstalled, was able to log back in, but my entire profile with all of my gardening information is gone. I messaged the developers a few weeks back and they never responded. The dates to start seeds, transplant and harvest are 1 month behind the appropriate dates for my area based on the calendar from the state. Emailed regarding this and received ZERO response. Won’t use or recommend
As of January 1, 2025, the app keeps closing every time I try to add a plant to my task list. It has good information and I look forward to being able to use it when this problem is fixed
The only place I can plant is mostly shade. Not being able to narrow down plans by sun make this app not as useful.
I started loading all the plants that I plan to put in my garden but when I got about a dozen put in it started shutting down the app. I opened it back up and tried again with the same results. It looks like it would be a good app- if it stays open.
Developer response was that they use 50 climate (whatever that is) and it’s more accurate… yet it wasn’t at all accurate for me. Be aware and vigilant so your crops aren’t susceptible because of lack of proper information. Won’t be re-downloading this app or recommending it to anyone. While I can’t ...
I would be careful relying on the dates given to plant or start from seed. Starting tomatoes and peppers from seed in May (6b) is disastrous.
