What Users Really Think About Schwab Mobile

Poor user interface and slow transaction processing.

"The platform is confusing and too complex to use."

"Very slow trades, you can lose on quick changes."

I would give it five stars but the history only has dollar values to two significant digits when Schwab actually carries four significant digits. This is unacceptable in my book. Please fix this!

User interface keeps changing. Can’t get to the Home Screen. Never shows all stocks, must request to see all stocks like they don’t somehow count or should be of interest. Poor interface design

The app keeps sending me a pop up message that only primary account owners are eligible to view account details. I am the account owner. I’ve called multiple times over multiple months and keep being told to just use the desktop version. What’s the point of having an app I can’t use? And I don’t eve...

The app freezes when you select the trade tab… if I’m not mistaken this is the main reason for the app - to buy and trade securities.

Out of date app with a terrible UI. Absolutely ridiculous that such a large institution has such a terrible app.

Preferred the interface. Was much more user friendly.

I do a direct transfer from my checking account to Charles Schwab. They’re going to hold my money for three days not counting the weekend which will be too late to make the trade that I wanted to make. Then it’s going to take another day or two to get my money back into my bank account after I close...

Very slow to give me access to my inbound cash transfers, compared to old TD. So whenever I want to fund a trade I have to wait until the next day, this sucks…I keep missing opportunities.
