Reaching customer support is the hardest thing to do here. The calls put you on perpetual wait times and the live chat is restricted to the top 1% of the e trade users so essentially if you signed up recently there is no way you he the support. If you have a choice please chose webull or robinhood.

Extremely slow with your money plus can’t even trade most stocks. Super restricted. With over $600 in my account it won’t let me trade $100 worth of stocks. I suggest using Webull
This app was clearly made for iPad, but it doesn’t scale well on the iMac. Additionally the developer does not indicate accessibility support, which is important for all apps in my opinion.
Not sure why they want to make account updates less accessible but by removing the portfolio digest service they have managed to do that. One star from everyone until they reverse course!
