The clarity and quality of the photos/scans are increasingly subpar despite having the latest iOS devices
It would not send my files to my email in a timely fashion. I have had a couple of missed assignments because my professor requires this app. But it sucks and I have turn in assignments late because of it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
It either cuts off the titles of what I’m scanning or whites them out. I don’t understand why it does that or how to change it and it’s very frustrating.
This no longer sends docs via email.

unable to get help and gave been charged for an app that does not work. I even got my IT guy to try to connect but nope!! And can't find help. I want to cancel and get a refund
