I put money in the app and can use the app but when I try to use it on my Desktop as well it tells me that I have $0 and I can’t use the app because of my location. Meanwhile I deposited $100. Fix that!

I recently signed up for poly market and when I go to withdraw after the long hold on cash balances. I was unable and I reached out to customer service like the app suggested I am ghosted after 2 immediate reply’s. Settlement on the way? >.<
been over 5 days and i still haven’t been able to receive my withdrawal of 4k! They told me it takes 1-4 business days and it’s been 4. If it’s over 5 days they will investigate. What kind of app does this! KALSHI is way better
You can’t trade without use a face scan which will be saved into a data base. Not safe not secure.
