What Users Really Think About Golden State + Chase Center

When in Play by Play, defaults to first quarter. When selecting current quarter, jumps back to first quarter after a second. Interface is kludgy, and the score significantly lags real time - makes me want to watch the Lakers instead.

I don’t like the new “Will Draymond have +/- 2.5 steals tonight? Vote!” notifications. It’s a thinly disguised prompt to make a prop bet. This is what’s leading to players getting harassed and, i don’t know, maybe the occasional betting scandal?

Radio doesn’t play!!! It used too!!

Since the last change, I can no longer sign into my app account. It tells me I don’t have an account, which I’ve had for years. So then I try to create new account and the app either crashes or I get an error.

Does a lousy job of accessing tickets. So much time wasted trying to find tickets already purchased. This should be easy. Clearly they have other priorities.

NBA.com claims you can listen to the audio feed of games once they start. The option is grayed out in the app. That was the only reason I downloaded the app and created an account. Waste of time.
