There are times where I will go to read issues purchased when there is no internet access available and the app shows my library as empty. Why? I ride on airplanes constantly and it’s pretty frustrating when I can’t access a magazine that was already loaded into my library.

Zinio and Mags apps are better… I paid for subscriptions but sometimes I get them sometimes I don’t. Syncing issues across my devices etc…support doesn’t really support or respond in a timely manner. However, after much complaining, I have received a full refund.
