Inability to read offline despite downloads.

"Turns out, when you are not connected to WiFi, you can’t access your magazines."

Now, it won’t even open, then crash again and again.

All software is current and yet the Zinio app won’t open. Tapping the app icon just opens as a flash up and immediately dissipates.

I’m running iPadOS 26.1 and this app closes immediately upon opening. This developer isn’t responsive nor are they even trying to fix the app!

The app used to work well. But for the last two months, all that I get is a white screen that never loads either the homepage or my library magazines. I keep the app updated and my iPad has the latest updates.

Don’t use this app. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription. Every other subscription service through iTunes is super easy to cancel a subscription, but not on ZINIO. Ridiculous! The ZINIO subscription doesn’t even show under my iTunes account even though the billing is through iTunes. Save...

Deal killer to have to see the marketing screen every time I come back to read. I’m going back to analog. So much more joy in reading real media.

The text resizing works only sometimes, and usually only after a reload of the program. Very poor quality programing

In a recent update the reader view text size has become illegibly small across multiple magazines. The slider no longer works where you can change text size.
