Data loss after updates and lack of support.

"Lost all my passwords after an update."

I lost of of my data from the older version of this application. The support people told me it’s not backwards compatible. I have been using this application for years and now I have ZERO passwords saved and they can’t do anything about it.

Even for a paid customer, an annoying upselling ad-banner is forever nagging. Even after closing the banner, the next time you launch the app it will be there.
