What Users Really Think About LastPass Password Manager

Frequent account access issues and poor customer support.

"Locked out with no way to recover."

"Support is non-existent if you can't log in."

Whoever owns or runs LastPass now doesn’t honor the original life time family accounts and require you to upgrade to their new premium accounts in order to continue to use the service on PC and Mobile.

I have premium account. Im unable to sign in on all but one device and unable to get last pass support other than faq’s which don’t help

Enjoy scrolling through what seems to be slightly unordered lists of hundreds of sites because the search feature doesn’t work.

I’m done with the lack of support. Moving on to another password manager. No reply when help needed the most.

I can not log in or talk to someone

I’ve been trying to renew for three weeks. Support told me yesterday to wait another 6 days and try again. I went with keeper after 12 years of lastpass

Cannot get lastpass to work and of course no assistance from last pass. No person to talk to. What a waste. Phyllis E
