What Users Really Think About Pacer Pedometer Step Counter

Confusing UI changes and unreliable app performance.

Do you live in a northern climate that has bad weather in the winter or do you have perhaps a chronic condition that occasionally leaves you unable to walk for a couple days? You’re basically guaranteed to lose your streak unless you pay them to maintain it. The app is unreliable and drops exercises...

I can walk the same route. One day it’s two miles. A week later it’s 1.4 miles. No way to adjust for average pace as people are different.

It used to work very well but not it reads 0 Streps for hours. App reverses from 10,000 to Zero and stays on Zero. Apparently there is no fix for this

3 times in the last two weeks I met my step goal and then some but this app took away my streak anyway…. :[

This app used to focus on time, steps and distance. Now, there are pages that pop up with exclamation points and encouragement and telling me about my streak and asking me to buy the premium and I just can’t get back to the basic page which shows me how many steps I took. In the last week or so, the app has started randomly freezing and will sit at 0 for everything. It isn’t until I delete and add back the app that it will work for a few hours and then freeze again. Really annoying.

App is easy to use. Keeps me current with my step count. Highly recommend.
