Anytime I try to get details on a listed item, it can’t find the item. Useless.
The APP regularly drops my login info and then says its wrong!
The latest update is HORRIBLE!! I can’t log into the app on my iPhone 17. It keeps saying there is a fault on OfficeDepot’s end and then I can’t search in the app. NEVER had this experience before. I’d like to be able to search without having to physically visit the store if possible.
This is gotta be one of the worst updates for this app since it is so slow to respond to entering in skus. Most often it does not scan barcodes and says error try again. The network is horrible when connecting.
The accumulated rewards are not appearing even with the latest update. Please fix it.

Says i can’t log in. After 10 times I Backdoor get in Moronic. . Useless. Last 30 reviews have 20 giving 1 star. Says it all real at! Store inventory always wrong b so many OoS or cancellation without warning or reason.
