At one point this app used to be great. Overall public use is way down, not much listings like it used to attract. Full screen add saying your phone is infected and fix it now by downloading our App. OfferUp need to do better and screen the ads.
Unskippable pop up ads appear every 10 seconds when scrolling. There is literally no reason to use this app over a less annoying alternative.
People waisting you time this app should be made when someone gives you offer it should automatically lock in
New version is very slow and cumbersome. It’s not as much fun scrolling things for sale because it is so slow. The pop ups are unfortunate and it seems like the app is just trying to do too much. Used to be my favorite but now pales to FB market place.
This App doesn’t show easily the status of the published posts
You will get notifications, saying there’s new listings for stuff you’ve been searching for. Turns out, it’s most likely not even true and just gets you to open the app and wait for Ads.
Way too many listings that show zero dollars. But when you read the description, people ask for offers or list a different price.
