There is no option to log out of user information
It makes you sign in multiple times & doesnt give you the option to not share your information.
Takes a very long time to submit once done taking photos. And only allows a couple of photos at a time.
Only lets you download 3 pages at a time. After I did 9 the website wouldn’t open back up after it threw me out. I don’t even know if my papers are gonna successfully go throw. This is so sad for people to have such a terrible site that decides their fate!
I have been sending pictures of my forms for snaps online on this app app for a couple years now and otsego is the only county in NY so far that doesn’t get the forms online.
App is “OK” but asks for too much info (ie time consuming) for submissions, AND only allows 6 pages at a time if submitted as photos. So you have to split submissions up !!
