Can’t get anyone other than IVR on the phone.

I’m supposedly paying extra for better WiFi but it doesn’t feel like I’m getting faster or better WiFi.

It’s constantly going out and freezes up. So far the worst service. Should have stayed with my AT&T Air.

This network used to be 30 a month now it's 78 too expensive . Can y'all bring back $30 a month ?

TL;DR Stores your WiFi password in plaintext. Go to edit WiFi and see for yourself. The only thing the app is good for is payment, which most of us do automatically, and for those who don't, just pay on optimum dot net instead of downloading this security nightmare of an app It's offensive how ...
