What Users Really Think About NIIMBOT

The label maker has a hard time recognizing the labels for it, and they only let you use their labels… also, NIIMBOT charges an additional monthly fee for features, fonts, and memory, which is not included. Overall the app is pretty slow and unresponsive at times.

I use this on my iPhone and love it. I also use it on my iPad. But for the life of me, I can’t use this on my Mac. I’ve connected it via cable…nothing. I’ve tried connecting multiple times…

It keeps printing a lot of images when the copies is 1 and it keeps saying I have the wrong paper when I have the exact paper for it and it also keeps cutting off what I’m trying to print there’s no way I’m enjoying this.

Please fix whatever is wrong.

Basic functions like current date and time requires subscription returning this printer

I realized that if the Niimbot app detects you are offline or by chance your ISP blocks connection to their servers (georestrictions) you will get the error message that label cannot be detected. This is frustrating. I hope that next update you can validate label even when offline.

I opted for the $4.99/month payment method. I noticed this month my account was charged $44.99. My bank was the first to notice. I was using it to print labels, but if I am going to be scammed like this, it will be cheaper to throw the machine away.
