Have issues with quantities as listings are inconsistent. Some items (wipes) listed as 1 being box and tell you 25 per box. That’s good. Pouches listed as 2 but don’t indicate quantity as 10 per box. I hope ordering 2 I will get 20. I need equal number of pouches and seals.
This app makes it easy to order diabetes supplies, however, it needs to be updated every time I use it and then I have to re-sign in every time
The App/Website are kludgy and slow to respond. Takes overnight to record changes to doctors and medical insurance provider information. Its navigation is slow and counterintuitive. Just not a great experience at all.
