If you don’t auto track trips then what even is the point. I have permissions set to connect to car Bluetooth and to track gps and it still fails to track trips randomly. I need to see a near 0% fail rate or it is just pointless to use

I've been using this app for 5 years now for my taxes. Super easy to use to send to my accountant and to my email for the year-end tax report. However, lately, they don't let you send the whole year's report, instead, month by month. Kinda hassle to keep going back month to month record.

I paid for it and I regret it, does no matter what option you use to start tracking the miles, it is not working, I have to always click manual

Started trial. Played with it for one day. Tried to cancel. Apparently need to contact support by email or chat. Chat unresponsive. Email is a one way street and I don’t trust it. I should be able to cancel in iCloud subscription without fuss. Shady.
