No login option so can’t use it on other devices

Cancelled my subscription &they still took my money!!! PLUS THEIR STORIES AINT WORTH HAVING IN YOUR PHONE TO READ TO ANYONE!!!! THEY WONT REFUND ME SO HERE I AM GIVING A BAD REVIEW FOR THEM &APPLE WOULDNT GIVE ME MY REFUND; I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP BECAUSE I DONT EVEN USE IT I DELETED IT &CANCELLED...

I have purchased the stories to share this as family subscription with my kid account but despite many attempts it is not working and over many weeks no response from abc@…. Support address either. Either refund the money or fix the problem. Posting it here to get a resolution.
