Transition to subscription model alienated long-time users.
"Paywall — Literally everything is locked behind a paywall"
"Greed destroys good — I have been using this app for 10 years..."
I am absolutely disappointed in this app. I had used this app for YEARS to help me sleep and now I have to pay just to use it and for what?! For all this extra unnecessary stuff. I just wanted the music, I had these custom mixes that were perfect for me. Mixes that reminded me of home and now it’s g...
There’s about 5 sounds that aren’t a subscription, you need a subscription to even use normal white noise
Free trial let me hear music and sounds, but no instructions, no Q/A, no help with how to make it all come together. I was interested enough to pay for 1 full month, but the app glitched and wouldn’t upgrade. I took that as a sign of being scammed…

Understandable due to having cost to make the app. Now everything requires a subscription, can’t even log in without paying. I’m unsure if whoever owns the app now knows that th...
I used to love this app and use it every night. However, the sleep stories, which used to update regularly with new ones about every month, now rarely do. It’s the only part of the app I use and, without them, it’s really not worth paying for a subscription.
