What Users Really Think About Keepsake Frames

I have been using Keepsake for several years and I love it! So easy and great quality. Great for gifts! One time the glass of a large framed picture arrived broken and Keepsake replaced it immediately with friendly service. I highly recommend Keepsake.

I like that the service is easy to use, but I would love it if there were more matte choices. White doesn’t suit every picture.

The collage app does not allow one to add/ subtracts photos without starting over ; to determine where to place the photos in the collage; to indicate how to ensure that the portion of the photo used captures the subject, rather than cutting off the head. It’s Black Friday and they offer nothing, not shipping or anything. Had to have something but I cut my order in half

I ordered 6 pictures to be printed and framed. The frames are ok but the frame is not the subject nor main topic of the picture. The prints were a LOT darker than the original and they’re all hard to see, even when getting very close up. I love the concept but the delivery was quite underwhelming.

Found it hard to navigate what appeared simply. When finishing a collage for instance. One picture looked wrong. I review. O apparent provisions to amend that pictures’s galley choice. Assembled 2 frames, but wanted to slip ship dates. Only way to do that was to cancel and lost the gallery
