What Users Really Think About Ink Cards: Send Custom Cards

To deliver to my address it gives no issues. Once I want to send a card over to another family member it never moves my order. I've contacted them multiple times now I have my order delivered to me just to deliver it to my family members at the post office. That's very annoying.

After one successful purchase I am having to wait a day to complete another. I have confirmed with my credit cards that it’s not their side. INK says to reload the app… done that… no luck.

You try to send your 70+ year old mom a beautiful Christmas Card and these lazy bums send a postcard. They do this intentionally so beware. I will never used these losers again!

I have been a customer for many years. Never any good deals. Toooo pricey!

It is not saving my drafts from iPad. I opened up my MacBook and I don’t see anything that I worked on from my iPad. When I try to load a new card on my MacBook, I get the spinning wheel of death. When I tried to edit the text or change the font the options do not even show up on certain devices.

Working on a card and the app just closed. Reopened the app and can not pull up the draft. It will not load.

Update 12/2/25. I tried this app again. It was good for a few gifts and cards this year but then they became unreliable again. One of my cards and gifts weren’t delivered and the reprint card was someone else’s, not the one from my order. They never offer a refund or credit or coupon when there’s an...
