It’s been two days since I contacted HOF support and haven’t gotten any response or help on why I got charged for the yearly pass when I didn’t want it

This app keeps getting worse. NBA lineups are not confirmed until like 10mins before the game. As I write this, I can't see the starting five. I paid for the year smh.

I downloaded the free trial after the 3rd day I Cancelled and was still charged. They can’t seem to refund my money since I cancelled and they can’t see my account. Cant even see what the app is like without buying it. Terrible app and should just be 19.99 in the appstore at this point

I don’t have a subscription with this app at all and it tried to take over $100 from me. Now my account is messed up because of suspicious activity. Absolutely terrible!

I had a full 24 days left before the subscription was over with and they made it so i couldn’t access my already paid for subscription for the month. Customer support is just ignoring my emails too

Needs better Soccer,NHL stats and needs more than just NFL,NBA,cfb,nhl,cbb,soccer,mlb, and wnba maybe add golf, euro basketball,tennis, etc like there’s much more sports than just the 8 they have and some of the data doesn’t line up 😜

This app will keep recommending you the worst picks! It kept throwing a pick at me so I decided to go with and and then come to find out that stupid pick was in a minute restrictions. Do not recommend
