Holding youth sports hostage with overpriced subscriptions. It’s OK for a company to make money, but these guys have gotten greedy. Even after you have paid for a subscription, you can’t see your kids statistics and you can’t see their videos. You have to pay extra for those! Very disappointing.

Two or three years ago I would have given a 5 star review but every year they keep decreasing the functions that are accessible to the free version. After many years Game Changer now charges to watch a live feed after 5 games. Very greedy! This will be the reason I won’t go live. Faraway families now have to pay. So much greed! Sad to see this company take the bite .

When adding an athlete or a new team for a season there are some major bug issues.

Plus is just free with a price. Cannot watch past game video or plays. Could understand Premium if i wanted to see stats but damn, if your gonna charge for Plus, at least make it somewhat worth it. Otherwise, might as well just watch 5 free games then signup with a different email and get another...

As a money grab, changed their policy from unlimited live streams to only 5 for baseball and softball. Other sports are still unlimited. Trying to coerce you to subscribe.
