App completely freezes when trying to sign in

Here’s an app to help manage your anxiety but whatever you do do not forget to cancel your free trial 9 hours late! Disgusting behavior. I was refused a refund to my surprise, and this company is about self care? Absolutely shameful. Do NOT use.

They charged me 100$ after I did a full cancel and I didn’t get a refund after reaching out to support.

After a meditation session, half of the time the app freezes. You have to restart it and your session wasn’t saved. I’ve sent in multiple support tickets, been an issue for a year.

I paid for a year and when I did there wasn’t a chat limit. Over the weekend out of the blue there’s a 30 minute chat limit on Ebb. How can they just enforce a chat limit out of the blue like that? The meditations are pretty good. I hate that Care (therapy) is inside the app and an icon I can’t replace, because I don’t use it. The UI makes it hard to find what I need. Every time I want to use the app, I have to delete it and reinstall it because it won’t load. Yes, cache is cleared. Yes, everything is up-to-date.

Why did you get rid of your widget? Why did you name the app so much harder to use? It was wonderful and I was a paying user for over five years, but then the app became too much hassle and seems to have stopped caring about the users.
