Today was way better than yesterday’s nonsense.
I thought this app would be helpful but you have to pay $100 for the whole year, you can’t even choose a monthly subscription. So much for these people really wanting to help others, everyone is just out to make money.

Through listening to Dan Harris’s podcast, I recently discovered he parted ways with this “Happier Meditation” (previously 10% Happier) app in 2024. Hence the name change. avoid this one. It leads you through 10 time wasting minutes of happy happy, joy, joy, and then at the very end. Says, oh wait! You gotta give us 99 bucks. what a bummer.
