It’s always AI and hard to get to a human agent. Even though the merchant requested a refund through Groupon because I wasn’t suitable for a treatment, Groupon does not process it. Bad design and the app gets stuck and crushes a lot.

Ten years ago Groupon used to be so good. Quality goods, great deals…not anymore. And customer service is nonexistent now. Don’t bother.

I purchased a membership at Sam’s for $25 and when I went to redeem at the store the associates didn’t know how to do it. I sent a message to Groupon and they said they couldn’t refund my money! Not cool Groupon!!

A scam. I wanted a refund. I was within the 3 day period. I tried through their app-and the page was broken, I tried through the website, and I tried through email. They send you to FAQs and customer support page which says you can get a credit. They are a scam now.
