Inconsistent app performance and slow loading times

"App is super slow and often freezes."

"It's impossible to shop when the app crashes constantly."

Can no longer read reviews after the last update. Sigh.

I haven't been able to read any product reviews in the app. I tried a few different items with multiple reviews. No reviews ever load. The app seems to work ok up to this point, for browsing and searching availability.

Cannot manually enter coupon code. Not able to click on the box since the keypad automatically comes up and makes the tab go so high I cannot click on it.

Terrible. iOS. Constant crashes and “that didn’t work right let’s try again” messages as well as showing things as available but when clicking on them an error pops up saying it’s not working.

New update. I'm trying to find a bedspread and almost everything I click tells me out of stock keep looking--this is with the filter for pick up at store! I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Lies about sales and you can scan an item INSIDE a kohls location just to get told said item is out of stock. Poorly made
