I’ve had some issues with the app. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for a couple of weeks with no response.

Even if you cancel the 7 day trial, they charge your card. They have no customer service team to speak with, so you can only email them and then wait DAYS for them to refund. I tried the free trial and they said they were going to remind me the day before they charged me. I did not get a reminder, but instead just got charged. The app is fine, but why communicate that you are going to do something if you aren’t?

If your App is so great, why do you require a credit card to do a free trial?

I only signed up for a free membership to try. Then canceled a year ago. Guess who’s been charging me 15.99 a month FOR A YEAR. What the heck!
