I tried the free trial and they said they were going to remind me the day before they charged me. I did not get a reminder, but instead just got charged. The app is fine, but why communicate that you are going to do something if you aren’t?

I only signed up for a free membership to try. Then canceled a year ago. Guess who’s been charging me 15.99 a month FOR A YEAR. What the heck!
