Love all the features and the look of the app however the date is always one day behind. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling it, checking my device, and pretty anything else I could find on the internet to do but nothing has fixed it.

I was super excited for this, but when I go to finish making the account, I’m hit with “check your internet connection and try again” but it’s not my internet. I have celiac and was wanting to log my symptoms.

I like the relative ease at which I can log my food, bowel movements, and other things (meds, symptoms), but the symptom score makes no sense and there is not even a FAQ to explain how the symptom score is calculated. Used to be a great app. Now, however, there does not appear to be any way to download one’s data, and no one seems to be watching the chat for support.

Just downloaded and started entering my info into this app. When it didn’t recognize the #1 gastroenterologist prescribed IBS medication out there that I take, Dicyclomine, I deleted it.

I just want to be able to download my data onto an excel sheet & after using the app for a whole months there’s no way to do that. It really should be that hard. I’m disappointed.

A diary app should not require a login just so that the app provider can harvest data and share it with anyone they deem a “partner” and want to share it with.
