Beyond frustrating - I moved over to Empower after Mint went away, and then Empower decided to change their app, and it’s been impossible to login. It sends me to download another Empower app that doesn’t work. It’s been months of this.
I used to enjoy using this app but they changed to a new app and now I cannot access either of them. Totally garbage user experience.
Looks like Empower finally killed the app. Just out of nowhere. Now this nor the new app works. Well done… well done.
App redirects you to use a different Empower app. UI is poor when trying to look at multiple portfolios.
Unnecessarily made it more difficult for users to manage their logins. This app now forwards me to the retirement app. So if I want to access my personal capital account, I have to log out of my retirement account. No way to unify those two accounts even though it’s now one app. Terrible experience!
It started with one financial organization and now another. It won’t update data. It doesn’t even allow me to resync. There is no support in the app. Not sure how to fix. I guess I’ll have to start looking for a new solution. It was great when it worked.
Signing in, I get an error message and cannot get beyond it. “Contact a representative” with no contact information. I have used this app for over 10 years (when it was Personal Capital).
