Account closures without explanation and inadequate fraud protection.

"They closed my account the same day I received my federal tax refund."

"It's entirely too easy for the scammers to steal your money."

So for whatever reason CASH APP KEEPS GIVING ME ERROR MESSAGES AND ITS ACTUALLY SO ANNOYING, THE APP SUCKS, DARK MODE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE, THE LAYOUT SUCKS AND ITS NOT EVEN USEFUL WHEN I GO TO A STORE. Like actually I might lowkirkenuinely die bc ts🫩✌️💔💔🥀🥀

These guys scammed me.

When you go into the app, they cover most of the screen with an advertisement with no way to go past it. You have to completely exit the app then come back in, causing me to take extra time for a stupid thing no one wants to buy. Frustrating.

They put my account under review for no reason and won’t let me send anyone money ir let anyone send me money and it’s ridiculous and my card has been under review for like 3-4 days now

If you receive money, it appears the amount and how soon you want it or need it can cost you more. Just easier and cheaper to let someone physically hand cash over or a check. Just plan ahead if possible. I don’t like all The fees we pay these days. So Much money when added up Wasted on fees.

Literally banned for no reason whatsoever, been using the app for more than 6 years and when I ask support what I did, they just tell me I violated TOS but won’t say how. Trash company.

I barely use cashapp and all of a sudden they closed my account stating that I "violated their terms"then closed my account , I contacted support to ask what terms did I violated no one was able to give me an answer. Very disappointing experience with cashapp.
