This humidifier works well, but unfortunately its aroma capabilities do not work, it has never worked on both machines I’ve owned and no matter the quality diffuser oils I used. Fortunately for DREO, this feature is of low importance to me...

Stay away. Waiting a week to hear back from customer service and nothing!

I am having constant issues with the wireless features even when the rest of my network is just fine. If you’re looking for wireless fans, I’d look elsewhere.

Careful, every one I bought has a thermostat that swings wildly from one day to the next

As it never works with the fan, this app is basically useless to me.

Update. Once again it stops working with Alexa. It no longer works with Alexa after the recent update. Delete, reinstall, disable reenable with Alexa app does nothing. I guess it was good while it lasted. Now it only works through the app but with Alexa as advertised.

Why is the unit disconnecting and needs re-pair all the time! Makes zero sense

I’ve had it running non stop for 48 hours and it’s only on 24% Humidity.
