Frequent app crashes and slow performance

The app crashes and freezes on almost every page. If you can get it to add your Best Buy card to the “pay in store” (which most of the time you can’t), it won’t even save it. You change pages, go back, and the card is gone
The app makes it too difficult to pay my credit card bill. Every time I click on “Enable Now” under Wallet, the pop-up window goes completely blank after about half a second.

The time it takes to find a product and add to cart, I could’ve drove to my local Best Buy and picked it up myself
App is just kinda slow, also the “outlet” is poorly optimized.
I have not seen a single online shopping app with such a slow performance. After using for 10 mins, my mobile heat like iron. It's been a year since this issue is there and not sure why no body is trying to fix this.
