Bought a iPhone 16 pro max and got sent a pack of pencils instead. Struggling to get it figured out any corrected

I had been using back market for years. But this recent order experience is so frustrating. First the order got late shipping and then later received the couple of pencils instead of the phone. Do not understand how it could be possibly happening.

Paid for an expedited delivery but got delivered longer/later than the regular delivery.

Still waiting for iPad. Only thing that arrived on the first estimated date was the pen. Customer service will happily read policy to you any time during the five days after. Can’t wait to see what I’m sent…If it ever shows

This is an automated app with little to none human interaction. If you need customer service, it will take days for a response and there is a take it or leave it attitude with no offer to help make things better. I will be looking for a new way to buy equipment.
