What Users Really Think About American Greetings Ecards

I couldn’t edit a card where I had written everything I wanted. But there was a period where I want an! And every time I tried to correct it, they kept one image who let AI write a card for me. That ticked me off and they need some new smashups.

I have tried to send cards. Sometimes it works, often it doesn’t. This could be made easier if it took into consideration that not all of us are technically savvy. Taking multiple attempts and using more time than this should take makes me want to cancel this service.

Please make it easier to send cards as texts/messages, not emails.

Non of the smash ups worked!!! What went wrong!

The app is not keeping up. many of the cards seem dated and not as funny anymore have used it for several years, but it seems that they have gotten complacent or are just out of touch.

My friends and family enjoy the cards and Smashups a lot!

The app does not retain your login in and won’t allow you to save it in a password vault, extremely annoying. There is infrequent new selections posted. Many of the greetings require to select a name and the list of names available is very limited with no option to write in a name.
