Difficult cancellation process and poor customer service.

Toddler likes it and paid for the year, and they outgrew it and stopped using it. The automatic renewal hit and we promptly reached out asking if they could change it to just a month’s worth. Nope, paid for the year. No refunds.

I downloaded ABC mouse for for my kids and before have any of learning games for my kids it made me pay $40 and some families can’t afford that much and that’s why I put it one star

The website is purposely designed to be unresponsive. Doesn’t allow you to cancel. Don’t download.

I believe that this is an amazing app and the reason I believe about it is because when I was in school well there was like this after school program that I would go to, and they have this computer where you can play ABCmouse and I know that it’s an amazing app but the downfall is when I download it...

My kid doesn’t even listen to the stories and she only plays the games. Worst app ever.

I used to use this app so much when I was little! I have just turned twelve and looked back at the old photos and saw I was learning different things on my iPad on my old photos! I literally loved this app so much, great work on making this app for little kids! This app was fun to use when I was lit...

I don’t like this game that much because it’s only learning it should have more like seven year-old or 17 year-old stuff because that would be way funner

hi so there is a bug and it is annoying …sometimes it says"WHOOPS please try again "and i try again it doesn’t work ……and i have to clear my tablet and i try again and it doesn’t work so whoever is reading this you have to fix this problem
